Hi, I’m Caleb Ellerbe, Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and owner of Reliance Appraisals Central Florida LLC.

I founded Reliance Appraisals with a simple goal: provide accurate, well-supported valuations with clear communication and dependable service. Whether you’re a homeowner, attorney, lender, investor, or real estate professional, I understand that an appraisal is often part of an important financial decision. As a state-certified residential appraiser, I specialize in residential properties throughout Central Florida, with the majority of my work concentrated in Polk County and the surrounding areas. I have experience appraising a wide variety of properties, from typical single-family homes to acreage properties, waterfront homes, manufactured homes, properties with accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and other complex residential assignments.

Every appraisal I complete is developed in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), using current market data, thorough analysis, and sound appraisal methodology. I believe every client deserves prompt communication, transparency throughout the process, and a report that is both accurate and easy to understand.
