Complex Residential Appraisal

For unique or high-value properties, homes with acreage, waterfront locations, custom construction, limited comparable sales, multi-family, multi-parcel properties, or other assignments requiring additional research and analysis.
Exterior (Drive-By) Appraisal
Starting at $375
An appraisal that includes an exterior inspection of the property from the street, combined with market research and analysis. Commonly used for certain lending, legal, estate, and asset management purposes when an interior inspection is not required.
Desktop Appraisal
Starting at $350
A valuation completed using available public records, MLS data, aerial imagery, and other reliable sources without an on-site property inspection. Availability depends on the intended use, availability of property information, and client requirements.
Date of Death (Retrospective) Appraisal
Starting at $425
Market value opinions developed as of a past date for estate, probate, trust, tax, or legal purposes.
